The application for registration at Election Commission of India was submitted by the National Executive Committee on 07 April 2021.
The Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party (Known as Mahaswaraj Party) was established in 2021 by Hon’ble Shahid Saheb Siddiqui on the demand by Team of Social Organisation Bhartiya Ekta Sena ( a wing of Shahid Fan Club Association). In February 2021. Shahid Fan Club Association and other Organisation demanded a political party which was approved by Chief Patron Shahid Saheb Siddiqui in March 2021.
