Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of  Member Subscription Fees/donations  as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making Member Subscription Fees/ donations. Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party also recognises that a Member Subscription Fees/donation may be made erroneously or Members /donors may change their mind.

 

Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party will examine each request for refund of Member Subscription Fees/donation and endeavour to make the refund.Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party may also seek further information / documents and member/donor must co-operate in this regard.

However, Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of  Member Subscription Fees/donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

• If you would like your Member Subscription Fees /donation to Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party to be refunded,
• You must request Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party within 30 (Thirty) days from the date on which you made the Member Subscription Fees/donation i.e. the date on which you:
  • Made the Member Subscription Fees/donation online, electronically or through other means, OR
  • Handed over the cheque / demand draft to Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party or someone authorised by Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party for this purpose, OR
  • Despatched the cheque / demand draft to Rashtriya Mahaswaraj Bhumi Party by other means.

The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the Member Subscription Fees/donation: Date of Member Subscription Fees/donation

• Member Subscription Fees/Donation amount
• If Member Subscription Fees/donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
• If Member Subscription Fees/donation was made through credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
• If Member Subscription Fees/donation was made online, please provide Donation-ID.
